Admission Policy

1. Admission Requirements

Future Minds Academy welcomes students of all ages and backgrounds. Admission requirements vary by program:

• Kids Programs (8-14): Basic computer literacy recommended. No prior coding experience required.
• Teen Programs (13-17): Basic computer skills. Specific prerequisites may apply for advanced courses.
• Adult Programs (18+): Basic computer literacy. Some courses may have specific prerequisites listed on the course page.
• Business Programs: No technical prerequisites. Basic familiarity with computers recommended.

Students under 18 must have a guardian co-sign the registration. Guardian contact information must be provided during registration for all minor students.

2. Enrollment Process

1. Complete the online registration form on our website
2. Our admissions team will contact you within 24-48 hours
3. Attend a free orientation session (recommended but not required)
4. Confirm your enrollment and complete payment
5. Receive access to course materials and class schedule

3. Fees & Payment

• Course fees are listed on individual course pages and are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Fees may be paid in full or through installment plans where available.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash.
• All fees are non-transferable between courses unless explicitly approved by management.
• Launch fees and early-bird discounts may be available for select courses.

4. Refund Policy

• Before course start: Full refund minus processing fee (if applicable) up to 7 days before the course start date.
• After course start (first week): 50% refund if withdrawal occurs within the first week of classes.
• After first week: No refund applicable.
• Course cancellation by academy: Full refund provided if the academy cancels a course.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@futuremindsacademy.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Attendance & Participation

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually.
• Recordings will be provided for missed sessions.
• Minimum 70% attendance is required for certificate eligibility.
• Consistent late arrivals or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
• Maintain academic integrity - no plagiarism or cheating
• Refrain from sharing course materials without authorization
• Use respectful language in all communications
• Follow instructions from instructors and academy staff

Violation of the code of conduct may result in warning, suspension, or dismissal without refund at the academy's discretion.

7. Certification

• Digital certificates are awarded upon successful course completion.
• Certification requires minimum 70% attendance and passing all course assessments.
• Certificates are verified and can be shared on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Duplicate certificates may be issued upon request with applicable fees.

8. Course Changes & Cancellations

• The academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or content as needed.
• Courses may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. Full refunds will be provided.
• Students may request to transfer to another batch within the same course, subject to availability.

9. Disclaimer

Future Minds Academy provides educational courses designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge. While our programs are career and business focused, we do not guarantee employment, business success, or specific financial outcomes. Individual results depend on various factors including effort, dedication, and market conditions.

Our courses are available in selected cities. We are continuously expanding and welcome requests for new locations.
